ERO review positive for TCS

The Education Review Office (ERO) findings following its review of TCS earlier this year are very positive, says Chief Executive Mike Hollings.

'They show that significant progress has been made over the past few years to improve our performance in the areas of planning and review, student engagement, and success for Maori students.'

The findings of the review of our early childhood service are particularly positive. They show that staff are skilled at establishing trusting, responsive relationships with children and families/whānau and continually work to improve how they meet the diverse needs of students on its roll.

‘ERO identified many areas of good performance as well as areas for improvement, a number of which we had identified and are working on already.

‘This is a very positive review which our staff and students can be proud of.’
